Tom Atkins CMC, PMP, ICD.D, President
Tom Atkins CMC, PMP, ICD.D, is an experienced executive and senior program manager. He advises public and private sector organizations on strategy, operations and improving the effectiveness of enterprise-wide project management. He is Past Chair of the Board of the Rouge Valley Health System. Tom has completed executive programs at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Mike Fagan CMC, PMP, Vice President, Delivery
Leads the Program Management practice
Mike is a seasoned program manager with experience managing large enterprise programs. He brings the judgment and business acumen necessary to navigate large programs through complex corporate environments. Mike has managed programs with high eight-figure budgets and resource complements exceeding 250 people. Mike holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics.
Wayne Atkinson FCMC, PMP
Leads the Program Advisory and Management Consulting practice
Wayne has more than 35 years experience in program management and management consulting. An experienced strategic planner and facilitator, he’s an expert in planning and aligning key initiatives with their business objectives. Wayne holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration.
Hal Ashmore CMC, Vice President, Client Relationships
Is responsible for client relationships
Hal ensures that Tramore Group has a clear understanding of our client’s organization and their desired outcomes for each project before determining the right mix of professional services and the approach required to achieve results. Hal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
Ross Hamilton, Chief Resourcing Officer
Ross is an industry pioneer who has developed and managed resourcing strategies for several global and North American professional services firms. An expert at finding the right talent, Ross continues to innovate as he manages Tramore Group’s resourcing strategy. Ross holds a B.Sc. in Physics.
Catherine McDonald, Director, Administration
Catherine oversees the administration and day-to-day operations of Tramore Group’s Toronto office. She brings more than 24 years experience making professionals more productive.
